...See more I have not been having a great time recently ever since I moved in with my partner. He is feeling overwhelmed with taking this big step and what it means for our relationship. And my insecurities are saying he doubts our relationship and he wants to break up. How do I not feel this way? How can I give my partner the space to feel this way and not feel like he wants to break up with me? I think I really tend to catastrophize a lot of things and maybe this is one of those things?

...See more Hello folks, I've been dating my SO for almost three years now and I've started to experience relationship anxiety about a year ago. I know I'm anxiously attached and have abandonment issues so it makes sense. The thoughts are typically like "they don't care about you" "they will leave you for someone better", "they don't love you anymore because (insert reason here), etc. And lately, these thoughts have become even worse because I have started believing them a bit more. Any sort of reassurance my partner gives me I don't believe them and I feel a bit resentful towards them because of it. I am trying to work on challenging my thoughts but it has been tough. Has anyone else experienced this before or currently? If anyone has any tips, that would be great 👍
