Feeling worse again

...See more I thought I was on an uphill trajectory, but I feel myself getting worse again. Maybe it's seasonal, maybe it's because the grind of school is tough, maybe it's because I'm jealous of my partner being excited about her new friends. Either way, it doesn't seem like the old coping mechanisms are working anymore. I really miss feeling like I'm getting better and that life is exciting. Does anyone else feel discouraged about "losing progress"? What do you do to pick yourself back up again? Am I doomed to always be on a roller coaster of feeling better, then feeling worse again?
