...See more I've always been an overweight kid struggling w my weight my entire life. Recently I had gastric and lost so much of weight. To add on, I started exercising to be fit. I was finally no longer overweight. Right now, my time management is shit and I'm having trouble balancing a healthy lifestyle with college. The fear of being an overweight kid is always running at the back of my mind. I' started vomiting in the past month or so. I'm afraid I'll gain weight again. I'm afraid I'll be fat again. I'm so afraid. I dont wanna be fat. Now my throat is sore. I'm afraid I'll fall sick. It's been affecting my mental health. I feel so detached w the whole world lately. I dont feel anything. I only feel when I force myself to feel. I dont even know me anymore. I just dont know anything anymore.
