No, you can't sum up whatever you are going through, and it's not your fault; it's just impossible. No one could; if we could, there would be no need for therapists or listeners, and there would be no frustration caused by the misunderstood elaboration of our dismal state. That is why we pour our hearts out to someone we can trust, I know sharing our hard times is not as easy as it is made out to be by the world. There has to be credibility between you and the person you are sharing with. I am no stranger to misery. You can allow yourself to open up and release pent-up emotions, regardless of how dire and upsetting things are. You have got to hang in there and stay hopeful. You might get reflective while you stand in the face of challenges in your life; either you start becoming pessimistic or you start getting your life together. You might as well feel fragmented as if you are going adrift, but nonetheless, do not let your mind bamboozle you, make changes, or make memories that you will reminisce about. Stop tormenting yourself, and choose things that mollify your pain instead of letting the triggers amplify it, Suffering is inevitable; you can't avoid it. So stop being gutted and considering yourself feeble, suffer gallantly instead, and prevail over problems. you might have been trying your level best to expunge all the poignant memories but still, some things you need to share with people, and I am here for you 🌙

whenever we start talking to someone, we develop feelings for them, their texts make us smile, and we start sharing our biggest sorrows, fear, and even the smallest happiness, they become our world sometimes but it's never the same, priorities change with time. they were just our temporary happiness and we thought it was going to continue forever. Depression, loneliness, and whatnot we face, but the show must go on, life never stops without anyone. the life cycle continues with or without them.
