Social anxiety controlling my life

...See more Im 21, I've dropped out of high school because my social anxiety was so bad I have never had a job because I'm too scared. I can't drive. I barely leave my home. I even get scared to talk to my doctor. I'm not on any anxiety medication because I feel like the ones I took in the past don't work. I used to go to therapy but it wasnt going anywhere. I really don't know what to do. I want to make my own money and be independent, but I feel like no place would hire a high school drop out that can barely talk. I probably look like a terrified little animal to people. Has anyone else had it this bad? Did you improve? I need some hope.
