...See more I've been dealing with anxiety and depression from like past year.. sometimes I really don't know how I feel.. I always try to distract myself from these thoughts .. I sometimes feel like running away from everything is the best dicison. I have tried to talk to my mom about this but whenever I talk about my mental health she always brings up how other people have more hard time than me but she never understands that I'm also having a hard time. I can't focus on anything. Don't feel motivated. I don't enjoy doing the things I used to love to do. I'm just forgetting everything everything blanks out.. I really don't know what I should do.
