I have always thought to myself, that I wanted to make a change in this world. I have embarked on that journey and I have dedicated my time to listen to my friends talking about their problems and also been able to provide them the space to talk freely without interruption or let them feel criticized.

I was once going to a lot of stress and overthinking too much that my tiny problems became so much bigger than I could handle. it took years for me to finally let it out and when I did, it was one of the best moments I had in my adulthood.

I am passionate about this and I will love to see a world free from any form of mental health.
