I just feel so stuck

...See more I feel like some days I am nothing but trauma. I know they say that you can’t let trauma define you, but it’s not that easy when you literally grew up being continuously traumatized. I never knew my real dad, I was physically abused by my moms boyfriend for the first 10 years of my life, and I was in an emotionally and sexually abusive relationship in my teens, and then again in my early 20s. I’m 29 now. It just really doesn’t feel like it will ever get better, it just all feels like a waste and I just feel like I’m worthless. I don’t even know why I’m typing all of this out, it feels like I’m just rambling into the void.
