Anxiety and depression is ruining me.

...See more First it was graduating highschool then it just developed into something worst One day I just laid in my bed and waisted away . It developed into me not wanting to go outside or even leave my bed . Even walking takes alot out of me . I'm constantly anxious and depressed. I feel so mentally and physically weak that i feel if its better if i just waste away . I want to do things but my mind and body stop me. I was doing so well I finally was able to accomplish my weightloss, I was an aspiring artist, I did things for myself. I would go outside and sit. I'd play games and take long relaxing baths. Then one day I wasn't as motivated anymore. I just laid in bed and barely ate or drank anything. Didn't move or anything I just gave up. My mind and body went numb to everything around me. Now I'm sedentary and my body feels like a stick. Some days I can do a 10 minute workout other days It's a struggle just to get out of bed. My anxiety has gotten so bad sometimes I'm scared to walk because of how stiff my body is and I'm scared I'm going to fall. I've always had social anxiety and now it's developed to me not wanting to leave my house which I consider my safe place.
