Hi there! I'm glad you found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained listener and like to help people that struggle with depression and loneliness. I enjoy camping, walking, beaches, travel, movies and spending time with family. I've struggled for many years with depression and hope to help others with what I've learned from my experiences.
