It feels like too many things are getting out of control

...See more I have been feeling overwhelmed lately. I have a very important exam coming up soon, the kind that one's career can depend upon. I feel like I haven't studied a thing. I don't even realise how my day passes. Each day, I wake up, try to manage life, and before I know it, it's time for me to go to bed. When I look in the mirror, I feel unhappy with my body. I have worked very hard to get rid of my PCOS acne. I keep worrying about how all of it could come back any day now. When I sit down to study, all I can think about is how I can make my diet better, and what kind of exercise I could do today. When the day ends, I realise I didn't even do all of that. 2 days ago, my boyfriend broke up with me. I understood at first, and I was handling it very well...until today, when he asked me how I was doing. He assumed that I was struggling, and started trying to help me through it. That got me thinking...what if I'm not handling this well? What if I'm actually struggling? There are a hundred thoughts running through my mind at any given moment. Just once, I would like to feel like there is nothing for me to do, or be.
