...See more I've had every test known to man done and everything says I'm fine. I don't feel fine. for several months I've had chronic chest tightness. I feel like I cant take a deep breathe no matter what the doctors say im terrified im going to stop breathing and die. I've developed very sudden out-of character phobias, such as leaving home and being stuck I dont know what to do. can't afford therapy or a psychological aid of any sort because im.off work due to.my awful mental health state. I feel like I'm drowning
