...See more I destroyed my life in the last two years because of cocaine, loneliness, hating myself and isolating from everyone. I started to change like 5month ago, but relapsing lately. I know the root of the problem is myself and how I see myself, but *** I surprise myself everyday more, I know exactly the steps and I have psychological tools, but it's so difficult for me right now to creat my life again when I still feel that I deserve destroying myself, I know the feeling of hard work and achieving good things, I know I have to go that path, but I feel the only thing I know what to do since a kid is auto destruction . And I feel lost again honestly. I don't want to continue relapsing every month.
