How to deal with depressed days

...See more Hi I am a newbie. Recently I was diagnosed as a mild depression. Most of the days I’m okay but there are days/nights I feel super down and sad that I can’t do anything. In those days all I can do is wait and hoping these things pass. Eventually I’ll be okay but it’s wasting my time and feel very miserable. I live with my boyfriend and I feel bad to him for seeing me like this. And at the same time it escalates my sadness because he ignored me when I’m in those moments. I’m crying and feeling urge to hurt myself but he’s asleep next to me.
