My name is Ryan H, I'm a guy who has too much life experience for his age and wants to help other people who may be going through similar things. I know how it feels to be alone, and I don't want anyone else to feel that pain. I'm open to talk about pretty much anything, again, I have too much experience with a lot of things. My general areas of expertise are ADHD, anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, depression, domestic abuse, eating disorders, family stress, LGBTQ+, OCD, PTSD, panic attacks, and self harm.
