My bipolar disorder is ruining my life

...See more I have untreated bipolar disorder. I’ve gotten diagnosed but my parents don’t allow me to be medicated or go to therapy for it. It’s untreated and it’s making my life worse as the days go by. When I was younger I knew I had bad depression but then i started getting more and more manic as the years went by. Recently in the past year I have been doing self destructive behaviors and I have been deceitful, a bad friend, and I used my rage and emotions against others out of self defense. My mania makes me jump the gun before knowing the full truth. Lately, I have gotten into a bit of social media drama with past friends. This cause the friends to hate me and block me on everything. I can’t say I blame them. I said and did awful things. Should I apologize? Should I let them be? Should I wait til they message me first? I have no clue what to do or how to go about it. This disorder is untreated and is quite literally ruining my life and happiness. Any advice? Please help me.
