...See more Hello, recently I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl and after that I’ve started feeling too anxious and nauseous at times. I have had anxiety issues in my childhood although after few years to that I learned to handle it well somehow but now it has come back and as if with much more intensity. I feel so nauseous and restless wherein I just can’t take it and can’t figure out what would help to calm myself at that moment. Sometimes I feel like pinching myself or just scratch myself to feel something. For now I’m aware of these few signs that I have. Although I want to know if I have any other signs and I don’t realise it yet. I want to know what other signs people get where they know it’s severe anxiety problem. I would really appreciate any and all the responses to this thread please. #Also I’m sorry if I didn’t put it well, I’m not very good with words to express myself
