I think my mom has BDP

...See more I am 28 years old still currently living with my mother. My mother has had a terrible life growing up having to deal with various amounts and kinds of trauma. We have had bad fights all my life growing up and we get past them. Tonight was the worst night in recent memory. My mom hasn't been feeling well the last couple days and was having a hard time at work. Today I got home for work bringing her some soup and as I was in her room letting her eat I noticed it was really hot and I attempted to turn the temperature down via the app on her phone but she had gotten logged out and didn't know her password, I started the process of resetting her password. She told me not to worry about it right then but I continued, I think that triggered her, because suddenly she started saying I was being selfish wanting to change the temperature for me and that making it colder would make her feel worse. At this point I was no longer going to change the temperature I just wanted to finish getting her app set back up for the future but she wouldn't accept that answer. She told me get out of her room and take the soup with me. I didn't I stubbornly stayed and honestly made the situation worse and she resorted to threatening to harm herself if I didn't leave or throw the soup across the room making a mess and I physically intervened to stop her from doing that for about 15 min. Before I gave up and left her alone. Later in the night she came in stating she was going to " disturb me like I did to her" and by that she attempted to violently rip out the wires in my brand new computer potentially permanently damaging so I ended up having to restrain her from physically Breaking my things and we struggled and she ended up falling and hurting herself and after laying on the floor for a few minutes she proceeded to literally drag herself across the floor unable to stand up on her own absolutely refusing any assistance from me and I followed her as she drug herself all the way from my room up the stairs to her room all the while attempting to help her with her biting pushing and hitting me every time I tried to help when she finally got into her bed all she would say is " get out of my room" now I don't know what is going to happen in the morning. and I am scared

...See more I have this crush on my co worker and we're on friendly terms always replies nicely to my texts. I've asked her out for coffee and or invited her out to group hang outs and I always get "I need to check my schedule" or she has something specific going on. Most recently I invited her to my birthday dinner and she told me her best friend from where she moved from is visiting that weekend and they already have plans. I honestly think she forgot that I'd invited her out for coffee I didn't bring it up again out of fear I'd come off pushy it just feels like every time I try to spend time with her outside of work something gets in the way. Would appreciate anyone's take on this matter

...See more So I've finally asked out my crush at work out for coffee or lunch. The thing is that she has a very busy schedule outside of our shared job when I asked her she told me she would text me when she was free because of her hectic schedule it's only been a few days and I won't see her in person most likely until Monday (today is Thursday) I'm just being open to any advice that you all have to share I'll happily reply any details you want to know about the situation

...See more So I am 25M and my crush is 22F. We work at a Fittness studio me at front desk her as an instructor She moved to the state late last year so is basically new in town when we work together there is a very limited amount of time that we could interact is very limited. I did manage to ask for her number and I have attempted to have conversations via text and she always replies nicely but the conversation never go for very long. She is trying to build a business as a Health coach when she isn't teaching at my job so it's fair to say that she is a very busy person I've told my friends at work (both women) about my crush and all 3 of us get the vibe that my crush has dating very low on her priorities list if it's even there at all. She is always very nice and polite when she comes into work and when she leaves but she has never initiated via text outside of work and we have never hung out outside of work I honestly have no idea what she thinks of me. I would not describe us as friends even. My friends have advised that taking a step back and not putting so much of my time and energy into her and just let whatever happens happen. A note about me I had my first real heartbreak 3 years ago and this new crush is the 1st time I've felt like this about someone since. I am making this post looking for any and all advice on what I should do Right now my "Plan" is to just focus on myself and maintain a neutral position with her at work since I haven't actually confessed yet so she has no idea how I feel about her and just try to engage naturally with her at work when I can.

...See more I've made this thread because for the 1st time in 2 years I've developed feelings for someone who just started working at my job I work for a indoor Cycle studio at the front desk, and she is one of our new instructors we have exchanged numbers and have had a few interactions via text and in person but a few people who know her a little better than me tell me that she isn't interested In dating at the moment and I honestly get the same vibe, I'm always the one starting the conversations with her and she always replies nicely and politely but I get the feeling like she's not invested in the conversation, we have no hung out outside of work yet so all of my in person interactions have been fairly short. I'm kinda taking a step back from her as I don't want to over invest in someone who may not have any interest in me. But I would welcome any new advice
