...See more I'm a 34 year old full-time caregiver for my grandmother with no help from family members, I've been doing this for 9 years and I've been raised to be codependant and ontop of having fear of abandonment its a bad mix. I'm currently at my wits end. I don't have alot of life skills i need to manage all of the things i need to and I'm a constant ball of worry because I have no idea how things will happen. I don't know if my grandmother will continue to progress through physical therapy or regress and its terrifies me. I know i need alot of help
