I could go through my list of DXs but I won't put you through that. Bipolar 1, depression-heavy, is the major one.

I'm obsessed with TV and music. Can’t help it, they are the very few things I live for. And my dog.

I'm not really sure why I decided to join here. I've been through so many therapists, so many therapy techniques. Even procedures like ECT. I have talked things to death for over 10 years now and I'm only getting worse. But I haven't tried here. I'm not hopeful, but you never know I guess.
