Binge eating disorder & support buddy?

...See more I am really really struggling with my BED at the moment. I can't eat anything without it turning into a binge. I try to go outside and keep busy and that helps a bit(not always), but it's also truly exhausting having to keep myself busy in order not to binge. I just don't know what to do anymore, and i think having a support buddy/accountability buddy might really help me out. So if there's someone out there who's going through the same thing, who'd like to check up on each other daily, and support each other whenever we have cravings, then let me know.

...See more I suffer from both BED and bulimia, but at this moment my BED has taken over my life the most. I have literally tried everything to stop and I can’t. Everyday I crave and the craving won’t go away, and I just can’t seem to stop eating. I have gained 30 pounds(14kg) in only 4 months. I fear what may happen if I don’t find I why to control my binge soon. I am utterly miserably every second of every day because I hate my body and at this point I’m very uneasy in my body because I’m too big. PLEASE somebody help me, how do I get rid of the binging.
