How do people get over so many things?

...See more I've always felt like life always wins and I lose. I am constantly sad, constantly stressed out and deeply hurting. I thought I was finally happy, and I truly believe I have been for the past year, but now I'm back to being hopeless. All of a sudden everything feels extremely uphill and my backpack gets heavier and heavier. How do other people manage to just keep going? Is anything really worth the pain?
