...See more Heyo, never made a thread before so I'd thought I'd try. A little bit about me, I recently moved to Italy and I am currently not in school or work (but hope to be next semester) and on top of that perfecting my Italian. This is an experience I've always wanted, but am starting to doubt because things have been pretty bad lately ....my social anxiety has gone through the roof, I'm afraid of people knowing my first language is not Italian and critizing me. I've had some bad experiences with some people even though I always try my best to be kind and talk in their language; I never expect anyone here to cater to me but I still have bad outcomes. The other day I had a horrible interaction with someone and the more these situations happen the more scared I am of the world. I'm desperate for friends and people to interact with, but at the same time I'm deathly afraid of everything in the outside world now to get those things. Sometimes i force myself out of the house to not keep myself locked up. I hope things can go back to normal :/
