...See more I am frustrated with myself I’m frustrated with my bipolar and I’m mad at everyone around me. The highs are super high and i can’t just stop and just center myself. When I’m depressed i can’t shake off my head how I’m the problem of everything. I heard being bipolar can be a person that can be manipulative and I see that now. I’m not a bad person I’m not a bad person but I just accepted this and now I can’t differentiate between being mad or sad to get attention Or make them pitty me???? Or I’m sad and angry at everyone around me because I just don’t know how to handle these emotions inside me. I just want to be normal
