Ciao everyone, my name is V. I've always been told I'm an exceptional listener who gives great advice, so I hope I can be of service to anyone who needs me! Now to do a bit a qualifying: I have a number of mental health diagnoses and have been in various psych wards, mental health facilities, as well as over five years worth of therapy (oh and a fair amount of time in rehab/AA and NA) haha so I've worked on quite a lot a picked up many skills!
