...See more I have been feeling very low lately. I have been trying to write to distract myself. To express these feelings that are unsaid. But even in writing I can't be too honest. I feel like someone might accidentally read it, and would know how I would feel. I wouldn't want to burden other people. I can't look at myself the way that I did before. These feeling that I'm feeling makes me numb and all the weight goes to my chest, and sometimes I forget to breathe properly. I just want these feelings to go away. I wish it was that easy to brush off these feelings, these emotions.
