...See more Hi wonderful ppl! m writing this with tears in my eyes.I have been experiencing a period of persistent stress and anxiety. I sometimes feel sudden fear and panic without a clear reason, and this affects my daily mood, concentration, and sleep. I tend to overthink a lot and analyze situations excessively, which increases my psychological pressure. At times, I feel intense sadness and a sense of inner emptiness, and I experience negative thoughts that are difficult to control. This condition has started to affect my normal life and my relationships with people around me, Recently, suicidal thoughts have started to creep into my mind as wellI would like to understand what is happening to me and receive help in order to deal with it in a healthy way. thank u for reading this 🤍
