Thank you for opening up like this 🤍 It sounds like you’ve been carrying so much on your own, and none of these feelings are easy to sit with. The fear, the overthinking, the sadness, the emptiness, that’s a lot for one person’s heart to hold.
I’m really glad you shared the part about the suicidal thoughts too. That takes courage. You deserve support while you’re going through something this heavy, not silence.
If you want a gentle place to start, the Growth Path can help you take things one step at a time, and you can also talk to listeners so you don’t have to sit with all of this alone.
You’re not alone here 💗

I'm sorry you are struggling. I completely understand what you're going through. It's so difficult to be overcome with anxiety and overthinking and not be able to figure out a way to fix it.
Overthinking sucks. :) I don't know another way to say it. I will overthink on one subject - and it's always one that I have no control over - and it will turn me into a nervous mess until that situation is over/resolved. Then my brain rests for about 2 seconds and then jumps onto another thought that I start obsessing on. I don't give myself a break.
In therapy I've learned that I took on a lot of responsibility early on, and am always the one to say yes, and to help, and to do everything. Life changed and my responsibilities changed - and I didn't know how to handle it. I didn't have the nice routine, the nice control of everything I used to. It threw me into a tailspin and it took some deep introspection and a good therapist (as well as some good friends) to be able to talk about things, open up about my feelings, and accept that everything I'm feeling is okay and I can work through the "why" of everything.
What is your support circle like?
Sounds like you're going through a lot right now. I'm really sorry about that. Just know that whatever it is, doesn't define you. You can overcome those negative thoughts. Also know that suicide isn't an option. You have good prospects right in front of you. If you need to vent the more, I'll be glad to hear and support you. Stay safe 🤗❤️💪
