...See more im genuinely so scared of losing my family or my girlfriend, i constantly worry and get intense anxiety at the thought of losing them and im constantly scared of something bad happening to my gf even though shes perfectly safe i keep getting the worst intrusive thoughts and crying and freaking out almost every day bc i dont want the people i love to die in some freak accident or something and its so scary. i wish i could stop and chill bc im so overwhelmed with stress and fear and its horrible
