...See more i have anxiety, my parents also do but when i tell them worries they just tell me to stop being dramatic or tell me im acting like my attention seeking cousin and i hate it so much. i dont get why they don’t understand its like nobody does. they think im acting stupid because im 16 and i shouldn’t “be acting like a kid”. it gets so bad thinking about events, school,public spaces and i just wish i could calm it down/ get rid of it. its like it runs my life at this point
