...See more I’ve been in a relationship for 2 years.. I’ve gotten to a point where I am not happy. I feel like my boyfriends family is too invasive and lacks boundaries. The entire 2 years we’ve been together we’ve had very little privacy. His family is always around or showing up unannounced. Even when I’m on the phone with him they are in the room listening and I just can’t take anymore. I feel like there is time to be with family and time for your significant other. I don’t think family should always be hovering around. I guess I’m trying to understand my feelings right now. Am I wrong for feeling this way? I’m to the point where I want to break up because I’ve expressed this problem many times and it does not change.
