Life has a way of throwing plenty of ups and downs and messy relationship dynamics our way, and having been through my own share of them, I get it. I know what it’s like to be that calm anchor for people, and I’ve spent years helping close friends and family navigate tough mental health moments, relationship problems, and big life shifts.
Just a quick heads-up: I’m not a licensed therapist, but I’m absolutely here to listen, validate whatever you're feeling, and help you sort through things at whatever pace feels right for you.
