Travel Anxiety keeping me from people I love

...See more I just need to talk to someone about this situation I’ve been dealing with for a little while now. I have travel anxiety, specifically about flying. I will board an airplane and walk off before it takes off, and have a major breakdown about walking off. Then I feel major guilt because I’m missing important family events on the other side. Some reasons I can’t get on and stay on the plane is because I don’t want to travel alone (my fiancé can’t always go with me), I feel trapped inside a plane for so long (5 hours), part of me feels like I don’t want to go to my home town but I do want to see my family and I have extreme pregnancy hormones. I can’t seem to find anything that helps me get thru it. It’s so hard. And now I’ve missed my 2nd important family event and feel so guilty and so sad about it.
