I often find that talking to someone removed and anonymous is an effective, calming and healthy way of getting support. I work to create a safe, confidential, and empathetic space for you to talk about things you might be struggling with. I welcome all conversations, even if you just want a chat about your day as a distraction. I have a wide knowledge and understanding of anxiety and depression and its many forms but there is no pressure to talk about these things if you don't wish to.
