...See more I've been obessing for months of how to make changes to better my life .. Everyone around me gives me great advice and are super supportive.. but I don' change I keep on repeating the vicious cycle in my mind... I want change but don't know what I want to do and dont know where to start.. if anyone has anything to say about this ... would love advice
