...See more Hey, I'm not feeling very well mentally, which is now affecting my physical health too. The stress from studies is a a lot; But other then that I also deal with self-esteem and confidence issues. I've always been quiet mostly, I chatted with people I was comfortable with. I'm not a huge fan of socializing. But that also have decreased in past few years, because of social anxiety and in general. My parentsis food, I love them, but they don't understand, what I'm feeling emotionally. I would say because of them, I'm having more self-esteem issues. I'm constantly told to lose weight. That I'm not pretty enough or thin enough. I mostly try to ignore theses things. But when things like these pile up in my mind overtime, I have no one to talk to. A relative said you look like 30 (I'm younger than that) even though you are __. And that person himself have a potbelly (people are ridiculous). I'm an overthinker, but mostly I try to keep myself busy to not think too hard about things. I'm starting to workout soon, for myself, but sometimes I also feel, they'll kind of "win", as I'll believe, I'm not aesthetically pleasing for their eyes. But I also know I do need to do exercise.
