Not well
Hey, I'm not feeling very well mentally, which is now affecting my physical health too. The stress from studies is a a lot; But other then that I also deal with self-esteem and confidence issues. I've always been quiet mostly, I chatted with people I was comfortable with. I'm not a huge fan of socializing. But that also have decreased in past few years, because of social anxiety and in general. My parentsis food, I love them, but they don't understand, what I'm feeling emotionally. I would say because of them, I'm having more self-esteem issues. I'm constantly told to lose weight. That I'm not pretty enough or thin enough. I mostly try to ignore theses things. But when things like these pile up in my mind overtime, I have no one to talk to. A relative said you look like 30 (I'm younger than that) even though you are __. And that person himself have a potbelly (people are ridiculous).
I'm an overthinker, but mostly I try to keep myself busy to not think too hard about things. I'm starting to workout soon, for myself, but sometimes I also feel, they'll kind of "win", as I'll believe, I'm not aesthetically pleasing for their eyes. But I also know I do need to do exercise.
If you read till now, thanks I guess, if you can suggest something, please do share.
Thanks, Have a nice day♡

Don't let the words of others dictate your worth 💙
If you want to exercise, do it for you, do it to feel better, focus on you and what you need and be gentle as you navigate your way through these difficult feelings 🩷

Hey,carefulPlum...That's a lot to go through. Thank you for sharing this ): Firstly, you have a lot of stress coming from studies, but on top of that you have self-esteem and confidence issues. And in the past you were happier and more talkative, but now due to your circumstances you've gotten more quiet and have no one to talk to anymore...That's a really normal reaction and consequence to all of this, there's nothing wrong with you. It can be insanely hurtful to get constantly told to lose weight and that you have to change, without ever having a break or being "good/thin-enough". Yet you tried to lose weight... It's like winning a race, but nobody seems proud of you or congratulates you, because "You didn't win the olympics, you're still not a perfect athlete.",right? But I want to let you know that i'm very proud of your efforts, and that you can take your time.— And If ignoring this makes you feel better, keep doing so.—I know you've most likely already heard this popular sentence, but beauty doesn't come just from physical looks determined by genetics, circumstances and lifestyle, but by your inside as well,as it's reflected outside. You seem to be really strong to rexist all of this, and an intelligent person who thinks a lot and wishes to be pleasant to people's eyes, alongside a peaceful nature. This doesn't go unnoticed: beyond your looks, there is a lovely person.—Also, think about how much seeing an overweight person affects your view of them. Do you see them as less worthy than others or horribly ugly? Do you think that it's better to stay around a beautiful girl who stares at people with disgust and hurts them,or a softer-appearing,cute one who smiles and makes the world a better place? In conclusion, you can lose weight for your own health, but even if you won't become the thinnest human on earth, you'll remain aestethically pleasant. Even though your circumstances make it really difficult to believe,i'm sure you're pretty and worthy of anything. Thanks for reading, have a wonderful future 🍀
Thank you, Edamius. It really means a lot to hear those words. I really needed them. Thanks for being compassionate. Have a good day/night. ❣️
