...See more I'm sick of being gay. I'm 32, and I watch my straight friends find love and commitment, start family's, and have wonderful lives. I want that for myself so badly but when I go on dating sites and try to find a match of my own no one is ever looking for anything commited. It's all polyamory and hook ups. Maybe things would be different if I were less femme, less bottomy. Feels like everyone's looking for someone strong and toppy and here I am a wannabe 1950s house wife who just so happens to prefer girls. I've tried everything to make my life rich outside of a relationship but it just isn't doing anything to make me feel better when what I really want is a partner. I eat well, I exercise, I'm studying to be a counsellor myself lol. My life outside of love truly is the best I can make it, and it still just isn't enough.
