...See more I've been reevaluating how I think and talk about my experience with it and have started renaming it when I talk about it as Attention Regulation Disorder. Functionally exactly the same but definitely perceived different when I talk about it that way socially and in my opinion it's a more accurate and evocative description as I don't really have "hyper" activity but I do strongly struggle with being able to regulate what do pay attention to vs what I want to pay attention to. I'm just wondering if this resonates with others on here or if it's more a 'my way' thing.
