feeling gross after consumption

...See more I've been trying to get better recently- or snap out of my head I guess. And I just wanted to ask how many other people feel physically gross when they eat? Sure I'm paranoid about food and there's alor of anxiety and stuff mixed up in there. But whenever I eat, afterwards I feel disgusting. Like, I can feel the food in my stomach and feel my organs moving as they digest That's what gets me, feeling my organs move and being hyperaware of what they're doing after I eat- the process of physically feeling my food digest- it's literally makes me feel gross and lethargic for a few hours I was just wondering if anyone else has experience with this. Feeling gross after eating in the sense you can literally feel your organs moving as they do the normal digestive process. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about?
