...See more i just have to say i'm new to this so i don't know if i'm even in the right place, but i could really use some advice on my relationship with my wife. we've been together about 4 years, married for 1 year in may and it's been hard for me to control myself when it comes to talking to other girls. i know that i love her and we really want to make this work but i'm not good at communicating so every time i try to sit and talk with her nothing comes out of my damn mouth and i get frustrated and stuck. she wants me to show her that i can change and i know i can. i was never like this before in past relationships so in order to be the person i want to be i feel like i need help getting there. i guess long story short what actions can i take to prevent myself from trying to interact with other people and what will build trust that was lost?
