i haven
i just have to say i'm new to this so i don't know if i'm even in the right place, but i could really use some advice on my relationship with my wife. we've been together about 4 years, married for 1 year in may and it's been hard for me to control myself when it comes to talking to other girls. i know that i love her and we really want to make this work but i'm not good at communicating so every time i try to sit and talk with her nothing comes out of my damn mouth and i get frustrated and stuck. she wants me to show her that i can change and i know i can. i was never like this before in past relationships so in order to be the person i want to be i feel like i need help getting there. i guess long story short what actions can i take to prevent myself from trying to interact with other people and what will build trust that was lost?

First thing is first, what is it that these women are offering you that you feel you cannot receive in your present relationship? What is missing?
You've admitted that it's an issue, that is step one. You know that those activities are wrecking your present relationship - yet, even though you know the danger, the onset of the lack of trust, then I'm sure part of the deception as you attempt to cover -- it takes a toll.
So, answer that top question first, let's dig in and figure this out together. How old are both of you?
