Do you ever get angry at yourself for being depressed?

...See more The past five years of my life have been wrought with severe depression, and because of that I gave up doing everything I loved. Even though I'm getting help, I'm still mad at myself for being so depressed and useless because now I feel like I can't go back to what I loved to do, it's been too long. Does anyone else feel like this or just me?

...See more Hi, I'm just kind of rambling and getting my thoughts out and kind feedback is appreciated, but not necessary. From the ages of 10-12 I was best friends with my neighbor, a girl of the same age and in my grade and school. We slept over at each other's houses a lot because they were within walking distance, and at those sleepovers my friend began to mess with me. It started out with just kissing, but then it progressed to her touching me through my underwear. I kept telling her "This feels weird," but she always responded "It's a sleepover, it's supposed to be weird." I remember feeling sick to my stomach whenever it was over, and I just felt gross. I never told anyone, and it keeps lingering in my mind. I know sexual exploration is not uncommon amongst kids, but I just felt so sick to my stomach, I can even remember it now. It's made me feel so shameful, and the only reason it's still relevant is because I've been questioning my sexuality because I think I like boys and girls but this whole experience keeps making me feel ashamed of liking girls. I don't know what to do, or how to get closure from it, or if I'm just over reacting and lying to myself. I don't know what to do at this point.
