...See more I have an abusive ex I broke up with in 2017. He’s been in jail since 2019. He put me through hell while we were dating. After we broke up it took me forever to trust anyone. I was so jumpy and would flinch every time someone tried to hug or touch me. I’ve had anxiety ever since. I had a protective order against him that expired October. He just transferred prisons Tuesday and yesterday I get an email from the jail saying he’s trying to send me a message. I had a panic attack at work when I got the email. I blocked the previous jail from contacting me. I thought he moved on. But the moment he’s somewhere new he messages me. He won’t leave me alone. I’m constantly afraid. How can I get over the anxiety he’s caused and is still causing?
