...See more My derm prescribed Isotretinoin to help with a benign tumor but warned me to research the side effects of depression. I have felt like a zombie for over a week with mid-day knock outs and severe anxiety to start work or more. I've tried ACV, dietary changes, physical activity changes, and more. I don't want to relapse into depression and can't afford the emotional rollercoasters of meds. It doesn't help that I'm coping with the aftermath of an abusive ex and my mom is bipolar + depressed. What should I do?

...See more Hello. I'm not sure how this works but I am looking for a long-term listener so we can talk and chill -- mostly, I deal with insomnia/anxiety, school stress, and family stress. I'm very academic-oriented so I spend most of my time maintaining it and stressing over it. My anxiety/PTSD stains most everything in my life, but I keep trying to work past it.
