crisis pop-up message on forums and deleting post when not in crisis.

...See more i just spent the past hour of my time writing out an extremely long forum post, talking all about what was going on in my life. i explained in the post specifically how i was not suicidal at all, yet i got a pop-up saying that "Something in your forum post sounded like you might be in crisis. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, please refer to these crisis resources." i spent a very long time writing all of that out, and i was just looking for some support. the post didn't go through, so i lost all of it. every last word that i just literally poured my emotions into for the past hour. is there any way to get this back?
