...See more Hello, I dont think my last one posted so here we go Again. Im new to this type of thing and even looking into getting help. I have been dealing with anxiety since I can remeber which would be around seven years old. Im looking for ways to: -help not bottle up my emotions -how to calm myself down from having multiple panic or anxiety attacks a day -how to identify why its happening and what it is.[anxiety or panic attacks] Thank you guys in advance even if its just a conversation or random tips!
