...See more I've been dealing with anxiety and overthinking for as long as I can remember. It's frustrating to have to face these everyday because I want to be able to feel truly free from these challenges. However, no matter what I've tried, I still have not found a "cure." In fact, my mental health has become worse over the past year. I'm constantly feeling like a failure because I can't seem to conquer this anxiety I'm experiencing. In hopes of finding a supportive community, I became a member of 7 cups today, and I am hopeful that I'll be able to find the right people that will help me overcome my anxiety and overthinking.
