hello there, saludos.  - as someone who has struggled with mental severe mental illness for most of my life, and more recently chronic physical discomfort and pain, I want to help others regardless of where they are in thier mental health journey.  As a personal of color (BIPOC / POC) I am LatinX and bring a perspective that is culturally competent and culturally sensitive.
