...See more I just had a panic attack in my last class. My anxiety has been rlly bad in school lately. I cant go a day without bursting into tears. When I walk in the halls I get all shaky and panicky and Idek why. Im afraid people in my school think im doing this for attention bc it gets me out of class but it really isnt something I can help.
